The location was good, staff were amiable. It was good to be 1 km away from Yumchi Hillingdon, serving short-orders. Finally, the hotel's restaurant was great for dinner.

We were given bright and neat rooms with a '' continental breakfast, microwave, as example. The location was great and lovely and the private parking was on site.

Good amenities, magnificent and fantastic setting.
Reasonably large, bright unit with modern decor, and exceptionally kind staff. Location right by the direct tube/train.

Had 1 day in Hayes, spending our time here lovely. We booked a suite, it was reasonably large and brand-new. The staff were all accommodating and amicable. The location was nice and excellent close to bus stop and the atmosphere was family. Restaurant Cafe Delight located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

We had good stay.
The check in was friendly, the room was spacious with a '' continental breakfast, excellent surrounding patio, as for instance. Great location - an easy walk to everywhere we needed.

Particularly good location of the place - 10 minutes walk from bus station. Found in a very very nice part of the town. Neat suite with toilet at 45o and drinks plus a "continental breakfast.

The location was incredible and brilliant, only 5 minutes walk to Hillingdon Heath. There was a great restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. Our rooms were bright with the heating, drinks, a cupboard...

The rooms are bright on toilet at 45o, so that guests have essentials. The staff are all accommodating.
The room is very small.

We enjoyed the hotel, its unbeatable and incredible location and amiable staff. The room was bright and included a microwave, an electric kettle and refrigerators. Kitchenette was a big plus. We stayed here before and would stay here again.
